  • never pour cold water into a heated pan, as this can also damage the enamel;
  • do not use spoons and ladles made of metal to stir food - this causes scratches;
  • do not put a hot pot under the tap with cold water, it is better to let it cool first;
  • do not rub the enameled surface with a hard brush using powders, do not scrape away food debris with a knife - this can cause cracking and enamel wear;
  • if nevertheless there is a need to clean the pan, then vinegar will be the best assistant: fill it with water, add vinegar at the rate of 5 tablespoons per 1 liter of water, let it boil, and then wash the pan;
  • if there is a need to bleach the inner surface of the pan - boil the peel of apples or pears in it, and your pan will sparkle with the same whiteness;
  • to clean the remains of burnt food in a problem place, apply gruel from drinking soda and let stand, then wash with detergent;
  • Use a dishwasher to clean enameled utensils that reliably flush out any dirt.
